Room Types
Most of the rooms at Pantai Hospital Cheras are air-conditioned with individual temperature control and complete with attached bathrooms. There are different types of rooms to suit your individual preferences. All rooms are equipped with nurse call system that enables you to call for assistance.
1. Single Bedded Room
These rooms are all equipped with television and 10 Astro channels, telephone line and sofa.
2. Two Bedded Room
These two bedded rooms allow for double occupancy
3. Four Bedded Room
All our four bedded rooms have attached bathrooms
Note: – All rooms confirmation are subject to availability – All room rates are subject to 6% Government Tax. – Ward Rates per day is including meals (The hospital allows you to bring your own food or you may also order from the cafeteria.)

Admission and Discharge
Admission to the hospital can be done through the Emergency Department or Specialist clinic.
Deposit payment
A deposit will be collected during admission. The deposit can be paid by cash, credit or charge card. Arrangement has to be made for the acceptance of the letter of guarantee prior to admission. This facility is only extended to corporate clients approved by the hospital.
Valuables
You are advised not to bring valuable items and jewellery when you are admitted to the hospital. The hospital management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to these items especially handphone.
Visiting Hours
It is important that our patients are given every opportunity to rest and recuperate. Visitors are kindly requested to leave the wards by 9.30pm.
Personal Items
You are requested to bring along your change of comfortable clothing and personal toiletries.
Discharge
When you are discharged from the hospital, please ask the nurse for a discharge slip. Please allow us some time for the bill to be processed.
Check Out Time
The Hospital check out time is 11.00 noon. After a one day stay, you should leave before 6.00pm or an additional half-day’s rate will be charged. Full day charges will be levied for discharge after 6.00pm.
Follow up
Before you leave the hospital, an outpatient appointment may be made for follow up treatment. On your outpatient visit, please bring along your appointment card.
