Newborn Hearing Screening Program
Pantai Hospital Cheras has implemented a comprehensive Newborn Hearing Screening Program to screen all newborns. The aim of the program is to identify hearing loss in newborns by the age of six months. This pogram helps to guide families to the appropriate services needed to develop communication skills.

PHC Imaging Department
PHC Imaging Department is located on the Ground floor of the Hospital next to the Emergency Department. We have qualified male and female radiographers to perform conventional and interventional procedures. We also have a female radiographer to perform Mammography and advice on self breast examination.
Open MRI Scanner
In order to give our very best, we have invested in many top of the line medical machinery throughout the years to help us heal our patients. Recently, we have placed our investments in the Hitachi Aperto Open MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), being the first hospital in Southeast Asia to do so.
Pantai Hospital Cheras Tinnitus Center
Tinnitus is the perception of sound in the human ear in the absence of corresponding external sound(s). Tinnitus can be perceived in one or both ears or in the head.
PHC Bone Density Scan (DEXA)
Bone density scanning is an enhanced form of x-ray technology that is used to measure bone loss. DEXA is today’s established standard for measuring bone mineral density (BMD).
