Ms Chong Siet Fong began her career with the market leader in the Music Industry as a School Manager. After 8 years, she joined a Community Hospital and was responsible for transforming the maternity, single – focused hospital into a multi-disciplined hospital. She was instrumental in the achievement of the ISO 9001:2000 certification in that hospital.

During her 17 years in the healthcare industry, she has had the opportunity to study the healthcare systems in Singapore and Taiwan and has implemented improvements based on the best practices experienced.

Ms Chong is also trained in the area of Human Resource Management thus ensuring people management as the core to her leadership abilities. She was appointed CEO of Pantai Hospital Cheras in September 2005. Under her leadership, the hospital had achieved MSQH Accreditation in June 2008, the 1st non-purpose built hospital to attained this accreditation.  Pantai Hospital Cheras was recently recertified with ISO9001:2008.

Subsequently, she was appointed as the CEO for Pantai Hospital Ampang as well in December 2008.
