| ExperienceMs Lim Khong Hoe received her formal nurse training in England from 1975-1978. She qualified as a State Registered Nurse in 1978 and a State Certified Midwife in 1979. She worked as a Staff Nurse in Emergency Department in a London Hospital before returning to Malaysia late 1980.
In May 1981, she joined Specialist Medical Centre as a Staff Nurse in the Post Operation Ward. She was promoted to be the Staff Nurse in Charge in late 1981. She left Specialist Medical Centre in 1986 to work in Brunei. She spent 4 years in Brunei working in R.I.P.A.S hospital in Bandar Seri Begawan.
She returned to Malaysia in 1990 and joined Specialist Medical Centre and was reassigned to work in the Post Operation Ward. In 1991, she was promoted to the Sister in Charge – a new post created to meet the demands of the company.
She was transferred to the General Ward from 2001 and worked in that ward till September 2009 , when she was promoted to be the Nursing Officer and Infection Control Nurse, she was instrumental in setting up the I.C.D with the help from the Management and advisors on the road to achieving MSQH for PHK.
In January 2012, she was promoted to the post of Chief Nursing Officer. She has behind her, her Bsc (Nursing Management) which she obtained in 2001 and her many years of experience both locally and abroad.
