Room Types
All rooms at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur are air-conditioned with individual temperature control and complete with attached bathrooms. There are different room types to suit your individual preferences. All rooms are equipped with interactive nurse call system that enables two-way communication between patient and nurse or simply to call for assistance.
* Executive Suites
Located on a specially designated Executive Floor, these well-appointed luxurious suites have their own visitor lounge, spacious room and bathroom, ASTRO TV, pantry complete with microwave and coffee / tea making facility and private security access.
* Single Bedded Room
These rooms are all equipped with a television, telephone and refrigerator.
* Two Bedded Room
The two bedded rooms allow for double occupancy and are equipped with a television for each bed.
* Four Bedded Room
All our four bedded rooms are spacious and have two attached bathrooms.

Admission and Discharge
Admission & Discharge For in-patient and day surgery admissions, please contact our Reception Counter at the main hospital lobby between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm daily. Admissions after these hours are performed at our Emergency Department. Please check-in to the hospital at the appointed time as requested by your doctor.
For Surgical Patients
* If your minor surgery is scheduled on the day of the admission, please check-in to the hospital 4 hours prior to the surgery time.
* If you are undergoing a major surgery, you are required to be admitted one day before the surgery.
Deposits
On admission, you will be required to pay a deposit and you may do so by cash or credit card, or present a guarantee letter acceptable by the hospital.
Valuables
Patients are reminded not to keep a large sum of money, jewellery and other valuables during their stay in the hospital, as the hospital cannot be held responsible for the loss of any items.
Visiting Hours
Visitors are allowed until 10:00 pm. Children below 12 years old are not encouraged to visit the hospital. This is for infection control purposes.
Personal Items
Please bring your pyjamas or night dress, toiletries, etc. as the hospital does not provide these items.
Discharge
Your doctor will certify your discharge. We need a lead time of about one to two hours to process your prescriptions and bills. When the bill is ready, the ward staff will inform you and a discharge slip will be given for you to settle your bill.
Check-Out Time
The hospital check-out time is 12:00 noon. After a one day stay, should you leave before 6:00 pm, an additional half – day’s rate will be charged. Full day charges will be levied for discharge after 6:00 pm.
Follow-Up
Before you leave the hospital, an out-patient appointment may be made for follow-up treatment. On your out-patient visit, please bring along your appointment card.
