How long to do ct scan with the condition below?

Currently diagnosed there are small nodules less than 3mm around my lungs on oct 2024 after done ct scan in early nov 2024. Have some cold cough for some time. Do i need to go ct scan since early nov 2024 has done the ct scan before discharge hospital?
