Bill Settlement


We accept various modes of payment including cash and major credit cards. For the convenience of international patients, we also accept major foreign currencies.

If your bill is to be settled by your employer or insurance company through direct billing arrangements, you must produce a Letter of Guarantee and hospitalisation identity card from your employer or insurance company that clearly states your room type and your identity or passport number. We are unable to accept a Letter of Guarantee from any company or insurance company that does not have prior credit arrangements with the hospital.

If your insurance company, benefits administrator or employer is assisting to settle your bill, you must produce a valid and complete Letter of Guarantee. Our hospital will only accept letters of Guarantee that have prior credit arrangements with our hospital.

What is 0% Instalment Payment Plan?

With 0% Instalment Payment Plan, you can enjoy 0% interest with up to 36 months instalment plan at Pantai nationwide hospitals when you pay your medical bill with CIMB Bank or Maybank Credit Cards to ease the pressure on your medical expenses.

How to Activate

Check your bill and confirm your minimum spend in a single receipt

Decide your instalment tenure

Request for 0% Instalment Payment Plan activation during the bill settlement. Indicate the month instalment plan (6 months, 12 months, 24 months or 36 months)

Check your payment slip tof the instalment mode is indicated on your intended instalment plan

CIMB Bank

  • Applicable for principal and supplementary Credit Cardholders.
  • Cardmembers can choose 6 months of instalment period with a minimum spending of RM600 in a single receipt, or to choose 12 months of instalment period with a minimum spending of RM1,200 in a single receipt.

Maybank

  • Applicable to all new and existing Maybank Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express Credit Cardmembers.
  • Cardmembers can choose either 6 months or 12 months of instalment period with a minimum spending of RM500 in a single receipt, or to choose either 24 months or 36 months of instalment period with a minimum spending of RM1,000 in a single receipt.
