• Valid until 31st December 2026.
• Upgrades to other lens options (i.e toric) outside the standard package are available with additional top-up
• This package does not include outpatient consultation fees, examination charges and laboratory charges.
• This package does not cover any complications or emergency conditions that may arise during or after the procedure.
• This package is applicable to both self-paying & insurance patients
• Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST.
