MEDICAL OFFICER
Requirements
  • MBBS degree or equivalent
  •  Minimum two (2) years’ experiences in A & E and ICU
  • Registered with Malaysian Medical Council
  • Valid Annual Practising Certificate
STAFF NURSES / MIDWIVES
Requirements
  •  Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board in the following disciplines:-
    •  General Ward (Medical / Surgical / Pediatrics / Obstetrics & Gynecology Ward)
    •  Critical Units (ICU/CCU / Operating Theatre / Cath-lab / Emergency Department / Haemodialysis Unit)
  •  Minimum Certificates in Division 2 Midwifery or SRN with Post Basic certificate in Midwifery
  •  Fresh Graduate / Nurses without hospital setting working experiences are encouraged to apply for the hospital’s Internship Program. Intensive trainings will be provided during the internship program.
MAQ Executive
Requirements
  •  Degree / Diploma in Nursing or Healthcare Science with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity preferable in Healthcare
  •  Able to work independently on quality improvement, patient safety and risk management program, and Incident Reporting.
  •  Able to perform as an internal auditor and as secretariat duties for (Medical Dental Advisory Committee) MDAC & its subcommittees confidently.
  •  Strong ability to analyse and process data of Hospital clinical / quality indicators.
  •  Provide support for Medical Affairs function including on-call roster of Consultants and maintenance of hospital licensing matters
  •  Good writing, reporting, planning and organisational skills
  •  Proficient in MS Office applications
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  •  Meticulous, proactive and independent and a good team player
CLINIC ASSISTANT
Requirements
  •  SPM with minimum 1 years’ working experience in Clinic
  •  Able to work independently and communicate effectively at all level
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  •  Good oral and written skills in Malay and English
SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, SALES & MARKETING
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma with 2 to 5 years of previous experience in sales & marketing
  • Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance industry.
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills, good leadership skills and accountability, self-motivated, result-oriented and most importantly customer focused.
  • Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities and new marketplace dynamics.

IT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma in Computer studies or its equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in Technical and Network Background.
  • Able to handle installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • To handle support services for the hospital's computer software, including but not limited to HIS, LIS, PACS and other applications approved by the management.
  • Able to handle and monitor inventory register for all computer hardware, software, and network equipment.
  • Good organization, time management and prioritization
  • Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing processes, constantly seeking process improvement
  • Able to provide technical support across the hospitals or escalate to appointed IT vendors as required.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving skills and proactive

HEAD OF MEDICAL AFFAIRS & QUALITY
Requirements
  • Minimum MBBS, with not less than 5 years managerial experience in Quality Management, Hospital Accreditation and Clinical Risk Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Able to work independently, confident and possess good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Possess effective decision making and problem solving skills
  • Experience handling administrative task
  • Responsible to provide administrative direction for the Hospital Management in the area of Quality Management, Clinical Governance, Infection Control, Medical Affairs, Quality and Risk Management
  • To lead and ensure the achievement of the Hospital’s Accreditation certifications and MOH License
  • Lead collaboratively the hospital wide quality improvement, patient safety and risk management program to ensure compliance to regulations, continuing accreditation, improvement in processes, improved patient care outcomes and reduction of risk
  • Perform case reviews & collaborative management with Customer Relations, Group Medico-legal team & appointed brokers & solicitors in the management of potential & litigated
  • Provides oversight on the implementation of the hospital wide infection control program
  • Identify, coordinate and monitor implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives with key stakeholders to improve processes and ensure patient safety and compliance to all standards/accreditations
  • Review and evaluate hospital wide clinical risk and mitigation measures to eliminate/minimize risk
  • To manage recruitment, credentialing & privileging of consultants, handling on-call roster of consultants, coordinates the annual performance review of consultants
  • To ensure the Medical and Dental Advisory Committee (MDAC) and MDAC’s sub-committees carries out its advisory role and conduct meetings as stipulated in the bylaws
  • To ensure all regulations and laws imposed to private hospitals be enforced through appropriate HOPs (Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act (PHFSA), Competition Act, Personal Data Protection Act , Amendment to Medical Act 1971 and Medical Devices Act 2012 and etc.)
