Been diagnosed osteoarthritis want to double check
-Sharp pain during running-Cant bend my leg if pushing my bodies more-Sometimes if i dont have sharp pain i feel discomfort after running-sometimes need to crack my knee to feels ease(i dont know how to describe more)

Answer:
The pain in osteoarthritis has its own characteristics. Usually in the form of early morning pain or start up pain that becomes better once the person started moving or walking. it is also associated with stiffness where the knee movement is restricted and patient is unable to fully squat.

Based on the symptoms mentioned, it doesnt really sound like a typical osteoarthritis especially in a sport person like you. It can be because of something else especially the status of your knee ligaments and other structures within. An MRI investigation can be helpful to ascertain the cause. The fact that the knee needs to be cracked than only can be better sounds more towards meniscus injury that can only be diagnosed through cliinical test such as mcmurray and radiological investigation with MRI.

If it is related to ligamentous injury, surgical reconstruction might be needed and if it  is meniscus injury, surgical repair can be advised. Those injuries can also lead to osteoarthritis called  secondary osteoarthritis and to tackle this the source of the problem must be eliminated to prevent it from getting worst.

We strongly suggest you get and MRI of your knee before we can surely isolate the diagnosis to osteoarthritis alone
