Bleeding in vagina

I have this bleeding issue for some time. After period I will have thus bleeding not as period bit very little some days there won't be any bleeding. Sometime there will be a little pain most of the time no pain. Now few days there a bad smell frm vagina also the bleeding continues . But continually ome days it will bleeding like very little 2 3 drops sometimes not at all.
