Brown blood and spotting within ovulation

Hi Dr.I had my period on 22/8/2025 and red blood finish on the seventh day. On the 8th day onwards brown blood comes out until today (11/9/2025). Spotting only one day and it is like a dot on (4/9). The brown blood is only like 5-10% of the panty liner. This is my first time having this kind of situation. Previously i always have regular period. If i still have the brown blood until my next cycle 20/9/2025, is this situation normal? I did stress a lot lately and work late and irregular sleep schedule. If this is continue again after my sept cycle what should i do?
