Burning sensation in foot leg hand palm - worsen after meal. can't cover leg with clothes. And severe night sleeping issues.

I am QUAZI ABDUR RAB, from Bangladesh. I am with the above symptoms more than 10 years I don't have diabetes.,hbp, cholesterol. And never(ncv) and muscle (emg) related issues I have so many neurologist and orthopedic and general medicine doctors in Bangladesh and India but nothing improved.Now I need to consult with you and others doctors for this issue for proper diagnosis and treatment.
