Calorie defisit, losing weight & gaining muscle mass
I’m fairly active doing running& weight train ave 3-4x weekly atm. I cook my own meal, cutting fat much as i can. I cook balanced meal targeting 30g protein /meal & 20-25g fibre daily.my neat is also okay , sleep also okay. But why am i not seeing weight loss like other people who might do a little work unlike me? Fyi i did keto omad last 2 yrs until i got pregnant last year then i quit. And i’ve also has total abdominal hysterectomy & bilateral salpingectomy last year.
