Consistent headaches and fever for 5-6 days
It's like my headaches are constant, but after taking Panadol it goes away for like a while.. a couple hours and then it comes back. And then the fever is occasional, like, when the headache goes away, the fever goes away. when the headache comes back, give or take an hour or so, the fever comes and becomes worse as time passes. My whole body hurts when that happens. I feel extremely sick, my nose has been stuffy for a couple of days.My headache originally started on the right side of the back of my head. And then it proceeded to go to the entire back part of my head. And now it's the back part of my head and neck. And also my forehead and my face too. basically the headache has spread to my entire head now. And my neck, the back part of it.

Answer:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We extend our sincere gratitude for choosing Pantai Hospital Malaysia for your healthcare requirements.

Thank you for contacting us and for providing a detailed description of your symptoms.

Based on the information shared, you are experiencing persistent headaches that temporarily subside with Panadol but recur after a few hours, accompanied by intermittent fever, body aches, neck pain, and nasal congestion. As the headache appears to be constant, spreading, and associated with neck discomfort and fever, we recommend that you consult with a Neurologist for a comprehensive evaluation of your headache and related symptoms.

In addition, as you have been experiencing a stuffy nose and facial discomfort for several days, we also advise a consultation with an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Specialist to assess for any possible sinus or upper respiratory conditions that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Our medical team will be able to perform the necessary examinations and investigations to determine the underlying cause and provide appropriate treatment.

Should you wish to schedule an appointment or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing you with the best possible care.
