Fever lasting for 5 days
My son is 7 year old. Start a fever since Sat evening(5 Oct). He Still has fever with high temperature of 39-40 degree till today. I started to give him fever medicine on the fourth day (8 Oct) when his body temperature reach 39.5.( In the first three days didn't reach this high. around 38 degree) I have gaven him fever medicine every 6 hours since Tuesday(8 Oct), but it seems doesn't work, His fever goes up again after 3 hours having the medicine. And the temperature is lasting 39-40 degree. I am every worried about my son.
