Gallstones in Gallbladder

Hi good day! I would like Doctors advice on my gallstone. I have done ultrasound and found 1stone measuring 1.4cm at the neck of gallbladder and I don't wish surgery to remove gallbladder. I want to try laser lithotripsy/or medication to dissolve the stone. Please advice me if laser or any medication available at your hospital.
