Health Screening under GL / RM1300 limit

I'm 39 years old woman, would like to go for Health Screening under my company's insurance GL, or reimbursement basis capped at RM1300. Can u advice which package should I go for? Is the "Premium Screening Package" enough and good for me? Does it include the Pap Smear, Mammography / Breast Ultrasound?
