Answer:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We extend our sincere gratitude for choosing Pantai Hospital Malaysia for your healthcare requirements.

Based on the symptoms described — including reduced food intake capacity, dry mouth, reduced eye moisture, and chest discomfort during running activity — and considering that the cardiac assessment was reported as normal, we would generally recommend a consultation with a Neurologist first for further evaluation.

The Neurology specialist will be able to assess whether additional investigations such as a brain MRI, including evaluation of the pituitary gland or related brain structures, are clinically indicated. Should there be any findings requiring surgical assessment, the Neurologist may then refer the patient to the Neurosurgery department accordingly.
