Inquiry for health screening
Hi, I am interested in health screening (Women's Supreme - RM950), may I know how to make appointment and reservation for this health screening? How long does this whole health screening takes? And what do I need to prepare before coming for the health screening (Eg: fasting for how long etc). Does this health screening involves taking blood, urine and feaces sample?

We recommend booking your slot at least 3–5 days in advance to secure availability.

Duration of Screening:
The entire screening process typically takes 2 to 5 hours, depending on the individual and the number of tests involved.

Preparation Before Screening:
To ensure accurate results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

  • Fasting is required for 8–10 hours before the screening (plain water is allowed).

  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes if a treadmill stress test is included.

  • Avoid smoking or alcohol for at least 8 hours before the test.

  • Do not take antibiotics within 8 hours prior to the screening.

  • Postpone your usual morning medications (except for blood pressure medicine) until after your blood has been drawn, unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

  • If you’re using insurance, kindly bring a referral letter from your panel clinic (if needed) and a Guarantee Letter (GL/LOG) from your insurance provider.

This package includes blood and urine tests. Feces sample collection is not included in this screening.
