My testicle is weird

I'm 14 years old and I have a weird testicle, one looks normal but the other one is heavier, and I have like a button in my balls I recognized it like 3 weeks ago and I did some research and I thought I have a ball cancer but I'm a bit embarrassed and scared so to get started I decided to text you.

Answer:

Right & Left testes most of the time wont be same size and location.

It appears one side it lower (heavier) than the others.

Very close to the testes is epididymis which most of time not palpable and sometime cause anxiety when it palpable.

There is remote possibility of testicular tumour which should be examined by qualified medical personal.

Do not hesitate to see the doctor and necessary investigations can be carried out to ascertain your curiousity.
