Najis hijau berlendir dan berdarah selama 3 hari disertai sakit perut. Mengapa ?

Saya mengalami masalah najis berwarna hijau berlendir dan terdapat darah merah segar sejak 3 hari lepas. Najis masih lembik (bukan cirit-birit berair).Saya juga mengalami sakit perut dan sakit kepala, tetapi tiada demam.Tiada pengambilan makanan mentah sebelum ini.Mohon pandangan doktor mengenai kemungkinan punca keadaan ini dan sama ada saya perlu menjalani pemeriksaan atau rawatan lanjut.
