Persistent headaches
I am a 27 year old female who has suffered with headaches for many years. I am healthy, exercise regularly and do not have a stressful lifestyle. The headaches have got increasingly worse over the last 3 years. I have spoken to medical professionals at home (UK) and have had prescriptions, had acupuncture, had 12+ weeks of appointments with an osteopath, eliminated inflammatory foods from my diet and nothing has helped my headaches. Over the counter painkillers do not help. I have been travelling Oceania and Asia since October with my headaches coming and going over this time. Since February I have had a headache that I cannot shift. I have it everyday, sometimes I wake up with it and sometimes it comes an hour later. It stays all day. I will be visiting KL 17th-21st March and would like to see a professional in the hope that they may be able to help. Thank you
