Dear Drs, I am dealing with possible recurring Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (likely non-STI, but other bacteria/biofilm bacteria) and was wondering whether any doctor has experience in treating possible complex PID cases. Further, I have been diagnosed with interstitial cytisis (Painful bladder syndrome) in the UK for the last 6 years. Looking back, I would like to investigate whether this is actually Chronic UTI instead,  and whether it may be linked to my PID/pelvic pain complications. Please kindly let me know whether you will be able to direct me to a specialist who will be able to deal with either treatment or consider both issues in the course of treatment, even if this means going to two separate doctors.
