Recurrent swelling and discomfort in the perineal region.

History of Present Illness:The patient underwent surgical treatment for a perianal abscess approximately two years ago. Since then, he has been experiencing frequent swelling (3–4 times per month) in the mid-perineal area, often accompanied by burning sensation and localized inflammation. These episodes resolve spontaneously in some cases but periodically escalate.Every 3 to 4 months, the patient experiences a larger swelling episode with pus discharge, usually from the same location, suggesting a persistent or recurrent fistula tract. There is no current bleeding or fever. May i know what is the cost for consultant and pelvic area MRI ?
