My father started experiencing soreness and numbness in his left arm after receiving a COVID vaccine more than a year ago. Raising his arm causes pain. He previously visited a physical therapist who suggested that the muscles in that area might be inflamed or hardened. After undergoing massage therapy and applying ice packs for a while, his condition improved slightly. However, after stopping the treatments, the symptoms returned. He is 56 years old, weighs 82 kg, and is 166 cm tall. Could you please advise which specialist or department we should consult to resolve his issue?
