Answer:
Based on the details you have shared, it appears that your current symptoms are likely related to muscle tension or strain, which is common following physical activities such as mixing cement and scooping sand. We are glad to hear that you have already consulted with one of our doctors and had an X-ray to rule out any serious underlying conditions.

However, as your pain is still persisting, we would like to recommend the following steps to further address your condition:

1. Physical Therapy: A targeted physical therapy program may be helpful in strengthening the muscles surrounding your lower back and improving flexibility. This can help alleviate the tension and prevent further injury. Our physical therapy team would be happy to assess your condition and recommend exercises tailored to your needs.

2.Pain Management: If the pain remains severe, we can consider additional pain management options, such as applying heat or cold therapy, as well as exploring other medications that may provide better relief. Our doctors can advise on whether an alternative treatment would be beneficial.

3. Maintain a good posture : We advise you to pay attention to your posture, especially when engaging in activities like bending or lifting. Ensuring proper body mechanics and ergonomics at work or during daily activities can help prevent further strain on your back muscles.

Follow-Up Consultation: If the pain continues to persist beyond the next few days or worsens, we recommend a follow-up consultation to reassess your condition. The doctor may consider other diagnostic tests or alternative treatment options if necessary.

Please feel free to schedule an appointment with us if you would like to discuss these options further or if you have any additional questions. We are here to support you in your recovery.
