Torn frenulum tissue
Does frenuloplasty needed for torn frenulum?

Answer:
Torn frenulum is  quite common esp when circumcision is done-most of time no intervention is needed. usually when it happen during that procedure, primary suturing will be done immediately.

frenuloplasty is necessary if it causing problems such as bending or pain during erection.

However, the need for frenuloplasty will depend on the severity of the tear and the symptoms you are experiencing. In some cases, rest, proper hygiene, and pain management may be sufficient for the tear to heal on its own.
