Answer:
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing vaginal itchiness. Since the test results have ruled out common infections such as yeast, fungus, and bacteriosis, there could be other reasons for the itchiness.

Here are some general recommendations that may help alleviate the discomfort:

1. Practice good hygiene: Make sure to keep your genital area clean and dry. Avoid using harsh soaps or douches as they can disrupt the natural balance of the vagina.

2. Wear cotton underwear and loose-fitting clothing to allow for better airflow and to reduce moisture on the skin.

3. Avoid irritating products: Stay away from scented feminine hygiene products, perfumed soaps, and laundry detergents that may be contributing to the itchiness.

4. Use a mild, fragrance-free moisturizer specifically designed for the genital area to help soothe dry and irritated skin.

5. Try a gentle, fragrance-free lubricant during sexual activity to reduce irritation.

If the itchiness persists or worsens despite these measures, it would be advisable to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation. They may recommend additional tests or treatments based on your specific symptoms and medical history.
