Hello Doctor, I am currently experiencing severe daily itching in my vulva, which has become raw from scratching. At times, the area also feels swollen. Recently, the area just above my urethra has become intensely itchy, also causing me to scratch until it bleeds. I have tried avoiding frequent washing, not wearing sanitary pads, and wearing loose cotton underwear, but none of these measures have helped. Originally, the discomfort was only particularly difficult to bear at night, affecting my sleep. Now, however, the itching persists during the day too, making it impossible to carry on with my normal life.
