Combined with physical activity, good diet and nutrition can help to maintain healthy weight, reduce risk of diseases such as heart disease and cancer, and promote overall wellbeing. For some medical or disease conditions, proper diet practices can aid in disease control and/or healing. This is where a dietitian can help you.

  • Liver diseases (liver cirrhosis, liver failure)

And any other conditions which require nutrition intervention

Our services include nutritional assessment, including Body Mass Index (BMI), food intake analysis, Body fat analysis and interpretation, therapeutic diets, community or companies nutrition talk, workshop, and forum, group dietary counseling and cooking demonstrations and nutrient analysis of recipes.


Operating Hours

  •  Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 1pm
  • Closed on Sunday and public holidays
