This non-interventional, multicenter, retrospective study aims to estimate the prevalence, characteristics, treatment patterns, and outcomes of HER2-low metastatic breast cancer (mBC) by re-examining archived FFPE slides in patients previously classified as HER2-negative. The study includes patients from regions with limited data on HER2-low mBC, focusing on those with HER2-negative, locally advanced or metastatic disease who progressed on systemic therapies between January 2019 and December 2022, with at least 12 months of follow-up data. HR-positive patients who progressed within 24 months after adjuvant endocrine therapy are also eligible.
