Terms & Conditions

• Valid until 31st December 2026.
• Eligibility to this package is subject to prior assessment by PHKL participating orthopaedic surgeons.
• This package is only applicable to elective and non-complicated cases.
• The hospital reserves the right to cancel the package and all fees will be charged at the normal hospital rates in the event of unforeseen complications.
• Non-Malaysian citizens are subject to 6% SST.
