Admission process

  • For inpatient or day care admission, please approach our reception located at Main Lobby, Ground Floor
  • Unless instructed otherwise by the consultant, you should arrive at the hospital for registration at 8.30 am.
  • For admission after office hours, during weekends or Public Holidays, admission will take place at the 24 Hour Accident & Emergency Department
  • All admission requires cash deposit or Letter of Guarantee
  • Bring Along :
    • Identity Card / International Passport / Birth Certificate
    • Medical Benefits Card or Letter of Guarantee (only applicable for companies with credit arrangement with the hospital)

Personal Items

  • You may like to bring personal items such pyjamas or personal toiletries as the hospital does not provide them.
  • You are strongly advised not to keep any cash or valuables in the ward. The Hospital is not responsible for any loss.

Discharge process

  • Please take note that final bill preparation and discharge process may take approximately 2 hours, and 4 hours or more for Insurance users
  • Payment can be made at the cashier's counter located on the ground floor
  • You are required to settle all hospital charges in full upon discharge. Should your deposit amount exceed your hospital charges , your refund will be processed after we have received an approved Letter of Guarantee from your insurance provider or employer.

Follow up process

  • For follow-up , patients will get appointments and may seek follow up treatments at the Outpatient Clinic.

Birth registration (for newborns)

  • All birth have to be registered at the National Registration Department of Malaysia (JPN).
  • Upon registration, a birth certificate will be issued for the newborn child.
  • Normal registration of birth refers to registration made within 14 days of the birth of a child in Malaysia.
  • For that, bring notifications of live birth, identity card of parents, marriage certificate of parents, duly completed JPN.LM01 form.
  • For foreigners, documents will be passport or Malaysian identity card of parents (if applicable)
