The Critical Care Unit has a smaller staff-to-patient ratio, enabling healthcare staff to monitor patients closely. It is also equipped with complex respiratory support for critically ill patients.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Pantai Hospital Ampang’s ICU offers focused care for critically ill patients. It has a smaller staff to patient ratio, enabling patients to be monitored closely. Its team of healthcare staff include specialists in intensive care medicine and anaesthetists, as well as support staff including ICU nurses, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, clinical nutritionists and more.

Visiting Hours

• 1am – 2pm, 6pm – 9pm
• A maximum of 2 visitors are allowed at one time
• It is not advisable for children below 12 years old to visit
