If your family member or friend is a patient in Pantai Hospital Ampang, use the information below to help you plan your visit. We strive to provide patient and family-centered service to you and your loved ones.

We ask that patients and their loved ones be respectful of other patients, visitors and staff. For everyone’s safety, all visitors should comply with the following guidelines.

Visiting Hours

• General visiting hours: 9am – 9pm
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Dependency Unit (HDU) visiting hours: 11am – 2pm and 6pm – 8pm, daily
• Children Visitors:
  -Allowed in normal wards
  -Children below 12 are NOT allowed in ICU

After-hours Visiting

• After-hours visiting is discouraged, but may be allowed subject to individual patient’s condition and approval from the nurse manager of each unit/ ward
• Registration with the security personnel on duty is required
• Visits are limited to a maximum of 20 minutes
• The hospital reserves the right to refuse visitation
